Key Responsibilities

As a Big Kahuna Wings server, you will be expected to:

• Confidently suggest appetizers, drinks, upgrades, and add-ons
• Maintain excellent table service from greeting to payment
• Run food and drinks quickly and accurately
• Check back with guests at the right times
• Handle issues professionally and quickly involve management when needed
• Keep your section clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Follow all restaurant service standards and policies
• Help create a strong game-day, sports-bar, wing-house atmosphere
