Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Account Manager specializing in Trade Shows and Events to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind planning, coordinating, and executing impactful trade shows and events that elevate our brand presence and foster meaningful client relationships. Candidate must have a minimum of two years of trade show account management experience.

Duties

• Manage all aspects of trade show and event planning.
• Provide support to Account Executives to ensure show services are ordered and executed.
• Manage graphics requirements for each project.
• Ensure that install and dismantle labor is ordered and provide pre-show communication to the labor provider.
• Ensure that material handling, electrical, IT, and plumbing orders are completed to take advantage of general contractor discounts.
• Work with the Account Executive and Detailing to review set up, electrical, and IT drawings.
• Oversee managing budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality standards. Skills
• Experience and solid background with trade shows and events.
• Three years of trade show experience with managing the client's program.
• Familiarity with processing show service forms and experience with Freeman and GES.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience managing event budgets effectively while controlling costs without compromising quality.
• Skilled in trade show planning and account management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Pay: $57,000.00 - $67,900.00 per year
