Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals interested in building a career in the financial services industry. No prior insurance experience is required. Qualified candidates will receive training and support while completing the licensing process. As a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent, you will educate clients, conduct financial needs analyses, and recommend insurance solutions based on each client's unique goals and circumstances.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients virtually or in person
• Conduct financial needs analyses
• Educate clients on life insurance and related financial protection products
• Recommend solutions appropriate to each client's needs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Complete required training and continuing education
• Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations
• Provide excellent customer service before and after policy placement

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check (where required by state regulations)
• Willingness to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (required before selling insurance)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
• Comfortable learning new technology

Compensation

• Performance-based compensation (commissions)
• Renewal income opportunities may be available based on eligible policies
• Bonuses and incentive programs may be available based on performance
