• Active Illinois Real Estate License, or currently enrolled in licensing coursework

Responsibilities

• Follow our proven process to consistently close sales
• Respond quickly and professionally to the leads we provide
• Show properties, host open houses, and prepare market analyses
• Stay informed on local housing trends
• Deliver an outstanding client experience from first meeting through closing

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Income potential varies based on individual effort and performance. Many agents who complete our Shark School Bootcamp and follow our system have achieved six-figure earnings annually. Schedule

• Flexible schedule (weekdays with some weekends as needed)
