Requirements

Valid Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License. Strong communication skills with a focus on active listening. Capability to manage your own schedule and meet consistent sales goals. Experience in building professional relationships within a local community. Proficiency in standard office software and client management databases. Previous background in consultative sales or customer advocacy.

Responsibilities

Evaluate client risks and propose coverage solutions that provide real peace of mind. Engage with local residents and business owners to understand their unique insurance needs. Maintain an accurate pipeline of prospective clients while nurturing existing relationships. Explain complex insurance terminology in simple, easy-to-understand language. Collaborate with the broader team to share best practices and ensure consistent service standards. Update and manage client policies to reflect their changing life circumstances.
