Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Licensed Insurance Producer to join our team. In this role, you will actively engage with clients, provide expert insurance advice, and develop tailored coverage solutions. Duties

• Conduct outside sales efforts by reaching out to prospective clients through various channels, including telemarketing and community engagement
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized communication and exceptional service
• Negotiate insurance policies and coverage options that meet client needs while adhering to insurance regulations
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details
• Stay informed on industry trends, life, property casualty, and commercial insurance products to provide accurate advice
• Assist clients with benefits administration, claims processes, and policy renewals to ensure ongoing satisfaction Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a focus on client acquisition and retention
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex insurance options clearly and confidently
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse communities effectively
• Familiarity with sales administration processes and CRM system proficiency for managing customer data and interactions
• Excellent communication skills for client consultation, marketing efforts, and client communication management
• Analysis skills to evaluate client needs accurately and recommend suitable insurance solutions
