What You'll Do

• Build relationships with clients and understand their insurance needs
• Educate clients on coverage options and help them make confident decisions
• Generate new business through referrals, leads, and outreach
• Service existing clients with professionalism and care
• Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals
• Stay current on insurance products, regulations, and best practices What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills; Bilingual a plus (not required)
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset
• Coachable and open to learning
• Organized and reliable
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
