About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Public Sector Account Representative who knows how to build relationships, uncover opportunities early, and drive measurable growth within municipal and government accounts. This is not a transactional sales role. This position is responsible for owning accounts, developing market intelligence, and positioning our company as a trusted long-term partner across public sector organizations. If you are someone who can consistently identify opportunities before they go to public bid, this role will reward you. What You'll Be Responsible For Develop and grow revenue across assigned public sector accounts Build relationships across multiple levels: o Procurement o Supervisors & field leadership o Engineers & facility managers Identify upcoming projects, budgets, and purchasing trends early Generate consistent quote opportunities tied to: o Lighting upgrades o Infrastructure improvements o Maintenance and repair programs Deliver Lunch & Learns and position products and solutions proactively Maintain a structured account plan and pipeline Partner with internal quoting and procurement teams to execute opportunities What Success Looks Like You consistently uncover opportunities before competitors are aware of them Your accounts show measurable revenue growth year-over-year Production Distribution Companies 5/26 You expand relationships beyond a single contact into full account coverage You generate a steady pipeline of qualified quote opportunities

Qualifications

Compensation

& Growth Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives. o $50,000.00/annually with monthly bonus structure. o Based on demonstrable experience.
