Job Summary

We are seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service , be outgoing, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers . This candidate will communicate with our Service customers to engage in conversations about upgrading to a newer vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with their automotive inquiries.
• Conduct thorough assessments of vehicles to identify opportunities for customers to upgrade.
• Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments.
• Engage in outbound calling to follow up with customers.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive field not required
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficient in using computers for scheduling.
• Excellent sales skills to promote effectively while addressing customer needs.
