Warrior Insurance is seeking a highly-motivated, organized, and reliable Junior Account Manager to join our growing team. This position is designed as the starting point of a long-term, rewarding career. You'll receive hands-on training and mentorship as you work toward earning your insurance license and building a strong foundation in customer service, sales, and referral partnership building. We're looking for a driven, reliable individual with a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to grow. The ideal candidate will quickly absorb new information, successfully pass the state licensing exam within 6 months, and progress into a fully-fledged Account Manager within 12 months. Job

Responsibilities

:

• Act as frontline for administrative office needs
• Following up on Insurance billing inquiries
• Collecting and distributing Insurance documentation
• Build and maintain a strong business relationship with new and existing clients
• Work closely with clients to address their questions and resolve their issues
• Work closely with the Licensed Account Manager team to accomplish objectives
• Provide accurate, timely, and friendly customer service
• Continually expand knowledge and skills in insurance products and services What Success Looks Like Within your first year, you will:
• Complete a structured training and mentorship program
• Earn your state insurance license within 6 months
• Begin attending and representing the agency at local networking and community events
• Develop your own referral and lead pipeline through relationships and proactive outreach
• Transition into a fully independent Account Manager role, building your own client base and career What We Offer
