Sentry Force Security Location: Hampton Roads, VA Job Type: Full-Time Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience Sentry Force Security is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Security Account Manager to support daily security operations, team performance, scheduling, and client satisfaction. This position is ideal for a current Security Supervisor looking to advance into security management or an experienced leader who understands both field operations and administrative responsibilities. The Assistant Account Manager will work closely with Security Account Managers, supervisors, and officers to ensure quality service delivery across assigned locations.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist with managing daily security operations across assigned sites
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and training of security officers
• Assist with creating and maintaining officer schedules and shift coverage
• Monitor attendance, performance, and compliance of security personnel
• Conduct site visits and communicate with supervisors and officers
• Assist with incident reporting, documentation, and investigations
• Help ensure officers are following company policies, post orders, and client expectations
• Communicate professionally with clients, employees, and management
• Assist with resolving staffing challenges and operational issues
• Support hiring events, interviews, and employee onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate records and assist with administrative duties

Qualifications

:

• Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience required
• Minimum 2 years of scheduling experience preferred
• Experience managing security personnel, teams, or multiple posts preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company with clients Licensing

Requirements

:

• Current Virginia DCJS Armed or Unarmed Security Officer Certification preferred
• Candidates without certification may be considered if they are willing and able to obtain required DCJS credentials
• Must meet all state licensing requirements Preferred Experience:
