Landscape Account Managers (Junior and Senior) BayScape (Narragansett, RI) Job Type: Full-time BayScape is growing and actively hiring multiple Landscape Account Managers at both Senior and Junior levels to join our team in Narragansett, RI. The Account Manager serves as the primary contact for a portfolio of landscape maintenance clients, ensuring high-quality service, strong client relationships, and smooth coordination between crews, operations, and management. Senior candidates will manage larger portfolios and mentor team members, while junior candidates will have opportunities for training and growth within the role.

Responsibilities

:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned maintenance and enhancement clients
• Conduct regular site visits to assess quality, identify opportunities, and ensure client satisfaction
• Develop and present enhancement proposals and estimates
• Coordinate with operations teams to schedule and execute work efficiently
• Monitor budgets, job costs, and profitability for assigned accounts
• Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally
• Support team development and uphold company standards for quality and safety

Qualifications

- Senior Account Manager:

• 3+ years of experience in landscape account management or similar role
• Strong horticultural knowledge and industry experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects independently

Qualifications

- Junior Account Manager:

• 13 years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related field (or strong willingness to learn)
• Basic plant knowledge and interest in landscape management
• Strong communication and organizational skills General

Requirements

:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
