Job Description

: The Sales Manager for Residential Roofing will lead and develop a high- performance sales team while ensuring that individual and team sales targets are met. This role combines leadership, direct sales, and strategic planning to drive revenue growth and long-term success. Previous experience in roofing sales or as a roofer or roofing foreman is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of roofing sales representatives, creating a high-performance culture.
• Achieve personal and team sales goals through direct client engagement and effective lead generation.
• Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to build a strong, capable sales force.
• Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback and motivation to drive results.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Establish and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business.

Qualifications

:

• Proven success in sales with demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.
• Strong background in residential roofing sales; experience as a roofer or roofing foreman is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
