Join Our Team at Area 51 Smoke Shop! At Area 51 Smoke Shop , we're looking for dedicated and reliable sales associates to join our team at our locations in Chesterfield. We have stores at 11525 Midlothian Tpke, 6733 Lake Harbour Dr , and 2470 Anderson Highway. We value experience, commitment, and strong work ethics, and we're seeking individuals who are punctual, motivated, and ready to contribute to a positive team environment. Veterans, former law enforcement officers, and individuals with government or service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Availability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers.
• Ability to retain and share product information effectively.
• Capable of problem-solving, even under pressure.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills are preferred (but not required).
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring they have a positive experience.
• Guide customers to products and provide knowledgeable advice.
• Process transactions, including checks, cash, and credit card payments.
• Use your judgment to solve customer problems and provide solutions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked store environment.
• Stay on top of scheduling commitments and daily tasks (cleaning, restocking, etc.). Starting pay is $18 - $20, based on experience.
