Compensation

• Lead, inspire, and develop the Latham sales team
• Guide customers through their furniture-buying journey from start to finish
• Promote and support our Free In-Home Design Program
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• Drive sales performance and exceed store goals
• Stay current on product knowledge, design trends, and promotions
• Be available during weekends and holidaysour busiest and most rewarding times What We're Looking For:
• 5+ years of management experience (retail preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing teams
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Competitive drive with a proven track record of achieving results
• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
