Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Present and explain insurance policies, including coverage options and benefits.
• Assist clients in completing applications for insurance coverage.
• Negotiate terms of insurance policies with clients to ensure satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products.
• Provide ongoing support to clients by answering questions and addressing concerns regarding their policies.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Skills
• Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interactions.
• Ability to analyze client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Proficient in negotiating terms of policies to meet client expectations.
• Knowledge of benefits administration and understanding of HIPAA regulations is a plus.
