In this role, you'll work directly with customers while serving as a key link in building lasting customer relationships, supporting client accounts, and contributing to overall business growth for our telecommunications clients in the Austin market. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through professional and friendly interactions.
• Assist customers with product and service information while identifying solutions that fit their individual needs.
• Support client accounts by providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Educate customers on available products, promotions, and service options.
• Accurately document customer interactions, account updates, and sales activity.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet individual and company sales goals.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop communication, sales, and account management skills.
