Sales Representative Job Posting Optimized Senior Living | East Side & Fairfield, Ohio Build a sales career that actually means something. Optimized Senior Living is hiring a Sales Representative to help families navigate one of the most important decisions they'll ever make finding the right senior care for someone they love. This is an entry-level, growth-track role. You don't need years of experience you need a genuine love for working with people, a hunger to learn, and the drive to represent our company with the highest integrity. You'll be trained directly by our Director of Sales & Admissions, learning tours, relationship- building, CRM, and the full admissions process from the ground up. What you'll do:

• Respond to inquiries and lead engaging, informative tours
• Build relationships with referral sources (hospitals, case managers, senior living professionals)
• Guide families through the admissions process with warmth and clarity
• Keep ALIS CRM updated daily and track your own results
• Be present for move-ins and community events What you need:
• A genuine love of working with people
• Strong communication skills and a coachable attitude
• Reliable transportation (travel between East Side and Fairfield locations)
• Prior sales, healthcare, or hospitality experience is a plus not required What we offer:
