Overview

We're seeking energetic and persuasive canvassers to help homeowners identify potential roof damage after the recent storm. Your primary responsibility will be going door-to-door in affected neighborhoods to schedule free property inspections for our qualified inspectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Canvas designated neighborhoods affected by the recent storm
• Approach homeowners in a friendly, professional manner
• Clearly explain our free property inspection service and the importance of checking for storm damage
• Schedule appointments for our inspectors to access and evaluate roofs
• Track daily interactions and appointments using our provided system
• Meet daily outreach targets and conversion goals
• Provide basic information about insurance claims related to storm damage

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Comfortable walking for extended periods in various weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned neighborhoods
• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of construction or roofing is a plus but not required

Compensation

• Flexible scheduling, primarily weekday evenings and weekends when homeowners are most likely to be home
• Competitive base pay plus performance bonuses based on successful appointments Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Work Location: On the road
