We have an open seat now in Casper, and we're looking for a leader to fill it fast. This is a player-coach role: you sell your own jobs, lead the Project Managers under you, and share in the profit of the branch you run. Here's how you get paid. A $40,000 base salary gives you a steady floor through the slow, snowy stretch. On top of that you earn a 15% commission on the profit of every job you personally sell , plus a 10% share of your branch's annual profit. You run the branch, you share in what it makes there's no cap on either piece. Why Excel. What you'll do: Sell Return every lead fast, set the appointment, and show up on time. Inspect and measure roofs, write accurate estimates in JobNimbus, and close the job. Hand every new-roof customer a carbon monoxide detector at signing (Excel policy). Lead your team Oversee, coach, and develop the Project Managers working under you. Their success is your success. Manage the work Make sure every job is built to code and to the customer's expectations. Meet the crew on site, check jobs during construction, solve the problems that come up, and walk the finished job with the customer before any crew gets paid. Collect Keep customers satisfied, get jobs invoiced quickly, and stay on top of receivables so your money and ours comes in on time. Run the branch Own the numbers, grow the location, and protect the Excel name in everything your team does. What we're looking for:

• Roofing or exteriors experience, with real knowledge of roofing and remodeling codes (or a sharp closer with construction/sales chops who learns fast)
• A proven seller who can also lead people you've carried a number and managed a team
• Comfortable owning a P&L and being accountable for results
• A valid driver's license and a clean driving record we're handing you the keys to a company truck
• Honest, humble, and hungry. That's the whole filter. What you get:
• $40,000 base + uncapped job-profit commission + branch profit share
