Business Development Manager Wisconsin / Illinois Approx 60% travel

• Engineered / Manufactured Solutions for the Access Hardware industry This role is about ownership, growth, and impact not just managing accounts.

What You'll Do

Own a defined territory: revenue, margin, and growth Expand key accounts and win targeted new business Build and manage a strong, predictable pipeline Lead pricing, contracts, and margin discipline Stay close to the market with 912 customer visits per week What Success Looks Like Consistent, above-market growth Strong retention + meaningful new wins Customers who see you as a partner, not a vendor

What You Bring

Proven B2B growth experience (industrial/manufacturing/distribution preferred) Strong commercial and negotiation skills High accountability and ownership mindset Comfort in a field-based, performance-driven role Autonomy.
