Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Mortgage Account Manager / Loan Processor to join our Team. In this role, you will be the vital link between clients and lenders, ensuring smooth loan origination processes from loan approval to closing. You will be responsible for managing loan documentation, verifying borrower information, and ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations, Your proactive approach and industry knowledge will support our commitment to delivering exceptional mortgage services.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture networks of mortgage brokers and third-party originators (TPO) within assigned regions.
• Pipeline Management: Monitor loans from submission through processing, underwriting, and closing to ensure timely funding.
• Liaison

Duties

: Act as the primary mediator connecting external brokers with internal operations, underwriting, and funding teams.

• Training and Support: Educate brokers on loan programs, pricing, non-QM/QM products, and automated underwriting systems.
• Compliance: Ensure all loan submissions meet state and federal lending regulations and company compliance deadlines Skills
• Experience: Typically 3 to 5 years of experience in wholesale account management, loan processing, or underwriting.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with Non-QM guidelines helpful.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to handle high-volume broker inquiries and negotiations.
• Tech Skills: Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce. [1, 2, 3, 4] Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
