Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (3040 Hours/Week) Location: Remote / Hybrid (Amelia, OH)

Compensation

: W-2 Hourly Base ($11.00/hr) + $25 Per Show + 1099 Net Commissions (Expected OTE: $800 $1,200+ per week)

• Big Ticket Commissions: Earn a clean commission structure (1099) on the net service revenue of every deal that closes.

What You'll Do

• Call Warm Leads: Engage with inbound prospects who are actively looking to start a Shopify store.
• Qualify & Protect the Calendar: Ask smart, targeted questions to ensure they are a good fit for our DFY program.
• Overcome Friction: Remind prospects of our flexible financing options to easily move them past price objections.
• Track the Pipeline: Keep notes clean and updated inside the CRM. What We're Looking For
• 1+ years of experience in appointment setting, high-ticket phone sales, or telemarketing.
• A professional, high-energy phone presence that builds immediate trust.
• Self-motivated individuals who thrive on seeing their weekly paycheck scale with performance.
