Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Home Caregiver Marketer to expand our home care services through strategic outreach and relationship building. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, account management, and healthcare marketing, with a focus on promoting home care solutions to families, healthcare providers, and community organizations. As a Home Caregiver Marketer, you will play a vital role in increasing awareness of our services, establishing new partnerships, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and tailored solutions.

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote home care services within targeted communities.
• Conduct product demonstrations and informational sessions to educate potential clients and referral sources about our caregiving offerings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and prospective clients through proactive outreach.
• Negotiate service agreements and contracts with clients and partners to secure ongoing business opportunities.
• Manage accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and refine marketing approaches.
• Lead outreach efforts through outside sales activities, including attending community events, health fairs, and networking functions.
• Prepare professional presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word to communicate service benefits effectively. Skills
• Proven expertise in negotiation, B2B sales, and account management within the healthcare or home care industry.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate service value propositions to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos and technical sales presentations confidently.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple accounts, scheduling meetings, and tracking outreach efforts.
• Analytical skills to assess market data, customer feedback, and sales performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Leadership qualities to motivate team members and collaborate effectively across departments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, for creating reports and presentations.
