Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will guide customers through the vehicle buying process from start to finish while delivering an outstanding dealership experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in-store and online
• Communicate in English and Spanish (preferred)
• Present vehicle options and features clearly
• Conduct test drives
• Follow up on phone, text, and internet leads
• Maintain strong product knowledge
• Meet monthly sales goals
• Work closely with sales and finance teams

Requirements

• Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred)
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Valid driver's license
