Join the Home X team as a Door-to-Door Solar Sales Associate and help homeowners discover affordable, energy-saving solar solutions. Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to Home X's solar energy solutions.
• Engage with homeowners professionally and educate them on the financial and environmental benefits of going solar.
• Qualify potential customers by asking discovery questions about their home and energy usage.
• Schedule appointments for Solar Consultants to perform in-home assessments and customized proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and leads using company CRM software.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation goals.
• Represent the Home X brand with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
• Stay informed on current solar programs, incentives, financing options, and company offerings.
• Work collaboratively with team leaders and sales representatives to maximize performance and customer satisfaction. Experience
• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, canvassing, retail sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently outdoors.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of solar energy or renewable energy is a plus; paid training is provided.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to walk throughout assigned neighborhoods.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
