Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building strong client relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions that meet customers' needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing leads
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate Property & Casualty insurance products
• Prepare and present insurance quotes and proposals
• Close sales and meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation Job

Qualifications

• Sales experience
• Current Property & Casualty license preferred, existing is a plus!
• Confident, motivated individual
• Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

is typically offered as base + commission and will depend on the agency and your experience. The Sales Professional, LSP opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Company, but employment as a staff with Allstate Exclusive Agents who are independent contractors. 2021 Allstate Insurance Co.
