Sales Associate TIVOL - Kansas City Plaza KC, MO and Hawthorne Plaza Overland Park KS TIVOL, one of Kansas City's oldest and most reputable family-owned businesses, is immediately hiring a self-starting, motivated, customer service oriented full time sales professional. Luxury Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities

:

• Selling High end Jewelry and Watches
• Establishing relationships with customers by taking complete responsibility for their new sales, special orders and repairs.
• Adheres to all corporate values, TIVOL quality standards, and policies and procedures while achieving personal sales that increase the company's growth and profitability.
• Contributes daily to proactive customer service by anticipating customers' needs.

Qualifications

• Luxury retail sales experience is required
• Knowledge of Fine Jewelry preferred
• Basic computer skills
