About the Launch Program Our Launch Program Business Cultivator position is a 90-day paid learning experience designed to help you build confidence, develop professional communication skills, and discover a rewarding career path. You'll receive hands-on training, personal mentorship, and opportunities to grow into a permanent role with purpose. No prior experience is requiredjust a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to connect with and help people. We'll teach you everything you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Business Cultivator, you'll play an important role in supporting our sales team and creating positive experiences for prospective clients. You'll:

• Make follow-up calls to businesses that have expressed interest in our services
• Build rapport and create meaningful conversations
• Ask thoughtful questions to better understand business needs
• Gather information and schedule next steps for our sales team
• Provide a friendly, professional, and helpful experience on every call
• Learn about merchant services and business solutions through hands-on training
• Contribute to a team culture built on service, growth, and meaningful relationships What You'll Gain
• Starting pay of $17$19 per hour , with a $1/hour raise after successfully completing the program
