We are expanding our telecommunications sales team in Vancouver and actively hiring an Entry Level Account Representative to support a growing customer acquisition campaign focused on internet and connectivity services. This is a full-time, customer-facing role built for individuals who enjoy working directly with people, building relationships, and developing real experience in sales, customer service, and account management. As an Account Representative, you will work directly with customers to explain available service options, assist with account setup, answer questions, and support overall sales performance. Responsibilities

:

• Engage directly with customers to present internet, connectivity, and telecommunications service options
• Deliver strong customer service while contributing to daily and weekly sales goals
• Assist customers with account setup, service upgrades, and personalized product recommendations
• Answer customer questions regarding pricing, features, promotions, and account options
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support long-term account growth
• Track customer interactions, manage account updates, and support overall sales performance
• Work closely with leadership and Account Representatives to improve customer satisfaction and sales results What We Look for in an Account Representative:
