Cool City Chevrolet is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team! In this role(s) you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. You will engage with customers to understand their needs, provide auto solutions, and ensure satisfaction while promoting our products and services. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has excellent communication skills, and is eager to contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
• Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.
• Manage relationships by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize on sales tactics and share best practices.
• Upsell products and services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Track sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly. Skills
• Proven experience retail sales is preferred but not required. We will absolutely train the right candidate in both sales and finance.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building rapport.
• Proficiency in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities.
