Responsibilities

• Sell AT&T; wireless devices directly to business customers in a customer-facing setting
• Consult clients on AT&T; internet and VOIP solutions that fit their operations
• Deliver clear, professional product explanations and demos
• Build and maintain long-term B2B client relationships
• Drive retention through follow-ups and account support
• Track sales activity, pipeline progress, and client outcomes
• Collaborate with leadership to refine sales strategies AT &T; Account Associate Required Skills and Attributes
