Overview

Rollup Awnings & Shutters has been in business for more than 40 years. We are seeking motivated and passionate Salespersons for our showrooms in Nassau and Suffolk County NY. We are hiring for locations in Holbrook, Huntington and West Hempstead NY. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of customer service. Excellent communication and listening skills coupled with a highly positive and upbeat attitude. There may be instances you will need to drive to a customer's home and help them make a decision. This product is not difficult to sell for a number of reasons. This is a unique product with very little competition. We provide all leads and showroom traffic with an extensive print and web advertising program. We have a huge advantage in that customers can buy this product and have it installed by the manufacturer direct. We are a one stop shop. This role involves engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and making sure the customers know what to expect from the process between placing the order to final installation of the products they purchase from us. Rollup will train its new Salesperson efficiently with information on the products it offers.

• Engage with customers in order to recommend the best possible awnings and other products for their outdoor needs.
• Provide knowledge and answers to customers' inquiries and questions.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction through follow-ups and personalized service. Experience
• Proven experience in outside sales or high-end retail sales is preferred.
• The ability to communicate efficiently and adequately with others.
• Strong organizational skills to aide in managing customer information as they come into the showroom.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
