Full description of the position

We are a financial wholesaling firm seeking an Annuity Sales Consultant to help financial advisors and bank representatives better serve their clients. We emphasize relationship-first consultative sales, exceptional service, and empower our team with tools, training, and mentorship to succeed. This is a W2 role. While in the office you will work in close quarters under a team of established wholesalers, former senior advisors of investment firms, and a founder with decades of experience who is known throughout the industry. We provide full training, mentorship, and licensing support.

What You'll Do

Engage financial advisors and bank representatives via phone, email, and virtual meetings. Learn and promote our suite of annuity products while staying informed on competitor offerings. (We will train you on products, even if you don't have any annuity or investment knowledge base) Support advisors with illustrations, proposals, and case preparation. We will train you on how to do this! Build trust through consistent follow-up, relationship management, and exceptional service. Track activity and progress using our CRM system (Salesforce) In the first week, You'll spend 50% of your day focused in-office study for your Life Insurance License during the licensing period. In the first week you will Spend 50% of your day in hands-on sales and product training with our team. What We're Looking For Required Strong communication skills (phone and email) Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a focus on relationship building Ability to handle outbound calling with professionalism and persistence Eagerness to learn about financial services; annuities. Organizational skills to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and client requests Ability to work in-office (no remote option) Preferred but Not Required Previous sales experience Interest in building a long-term career in sales within financial services industry Salesforce certifications and/or experience with Salesforce a plus Licensing & Training LIFE LICENSE Why Join Us Competitive Base salary + uncapped commission potential.
