Conway Beam Truck Group has an immediate opening for an Outside Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a proud fourth-generation company, Conway Beam will continue to deliver on a 75-year tradition of providing the transportation industry with superior equipment and services. We are a Mack, Volvo, Hino, and Isuzu commercial truck dealership and full-service leasing company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

:

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors' activities.

Qualifications

:

• High school diploma or GED (required)
• Vocational or Technical training in the field (preferred)
• Valid NY State Driver's License
• Previous experience in an automotive parts department (desirable)
