About the Role

The Business Development Manager plays a key role in expanding Home Matters Caregiving's reach and impact. This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with referral partners and community organizations, while ensuring new clients receive an exceptional first impression of our care.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and senior care professionals
• Achieve growth goals through strategic outreach, community engagement, and follow-up
• Support new client intakes to ensure a seamless onboarding experience
• Collaborate with leadership to meet KPI goals and continuously improve our services What We're Looking For

• Outgoing and personable able to connect easily with others
• Excellent listener with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Experience in senior healthcare or in-home care preferred
• Professional, flexible, and eager to learn and grow within a supportive team
