Full description of the position

We are currently looking for driven and outgoing individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people, developing professional communication skills, and being part of a motivated team environment. In this role, you will work directly with customers to support ongoing campaigns, build strong customer relationships, and assist with face-to-face outreach efforts. We provide hands-on training and ongoing mentorship for individuals looking to grow professionally and gain valuable experience in sales, customer relations, and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Promote client programs and communicate service information clearly
• Support customer acquisition and outreach initiatives
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information when needed
• Assist with daily campaign and office objectives
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions
• Attend team workshops, training sessions, and leadership development meetings
• Work collaboratively with management and team members to support overall office goals
