Compensation

• Base Pay: guaranteed $290 per week plus uncapped commission
• This role is not commission-only and commission earnings vary based on individual sales performance.

About Dream Marketing Dream Marketing is a face-to-face sales and marketing company that partners with approved nonprofit organizations to generate recurring donor support. Our team represents nonprofit causes in high-traffic community locations, educating the public and enrolling supporters through in-person conversations. Position

Overview

This is a direct sales role focused on in-person nonprofit fundraising. As a Face-to-Face Nonprofit Sales & Fundraising Representative, you will actively engage the public at approved retail stores and community locations to promote nonprofit missions and enroll donors into recurring monthly donation programs. This position involves public interaction, standing for extended periods, and performance-based sales goals. What You'll Be Selling / Marketing

• Product: Recurring monthly nonprofit donations
• Clients: Approved nonprofit organizations
• Method: Face-to-face, in-person sales conversations
• Location Type: In-store booths and community event locations
• No door-to-door or phone sales Day-to-Day

Responsibilities

• Set up and staff nonprofit marketing booths at approved locations
• Initiate face-to-face conversations with the public
• Explain nonprofit missions, programs, and impact
• Enroll supporters into recurring monthly donation plans
• Meet daily and weekly sales performance goals
• Track activity and results with your team leader
• Attend daily training sessions, coaching, and team meetings
• Follow compliance, brand, and professionalism standards at all times Schedule &

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:30 PM
• Optional weekends available

• Sales Setting: Retail stores and community locations (face-to-face) What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
• Positive attitude and coachability
• Reliable transportation to local event sites
• Ability to stand and be active throughout the workday Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience in sales, marketing, fundraising, retail, hospitality, or customer service
• Interest in nonprofit work or cause-based sales
