Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assess their wireless service needs through active listening and engaging conversations
• Demonstrate features of various wireless devices and accessories through interactive product demos
• Educate customers on plan options, device features, and promotional offers to facilitate informed purchasing decisions
• Upsell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities
• Manage POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when assisting remote customers or handling inquiries via phone or online channels

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience, preferably in electronics or wireless services, is highly desirable
• Supervising experience or team leadership skills are a plus for those interested in growth opportunities
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and confidently
• Bilingual abilities are advantageous to serve diverse customer bases effectively
• Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math is preferred
