Job Description

Responsibilities

:

• Prepare and present detailed estimates and proposals.
• Explain equipment features, energy efficiency ratings, financing options, warranties, and maintenance plans.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication and follow-up.
• Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from sale to completion.
• Stay current on HVAC products and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
• Resolve customer questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

:

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Desired Skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to explain technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
