The Opportunity Brightway Insurance San Antonio is seeking an Insurance Sales Consultant to join their team. This role is sales-focused and relationship-driven, offering significant income potential and opportunities for career advancement. Prior insurance experience or a license is not required as structured training, mentorship, and a proven sales system will be provided. Fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

- Market within the local community, realtors, and business groups to establish connections - Provide insurance product quotes and sales to new clients - Cultivate and manage strong client relationships - Assess insurance needs and recommend suitable solutions - Clearly explain coverage details, limits, and exclusions - Assist with applications, paperwork, and policy updates - Handle endorsements and assist clients with claims - Stay updated on insurance industry trends and regulations - Collaborate with underwriters as necessary

Qualifications

- Reside in or near San Antonio, TX and report on-site MonFri - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - Possess a sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn - Coachable, motivated, and customer relationship-focused - Fluency in Spanish is beneficial but not obligatory Preferred Skills - Active TX General Lines Agent License - Previous experience in customer-facing roles or sales

Compensation
