Commercial Business Accounts Manager At Roto-Rooter, client relationships are a top priority! We're in search of an energetic, organized, and self-motivated person to help us expand our commercial customer base while improving our online presence. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys meeting people, prospecting businesses, organizing sales efforts, and helping a growing company stand out. The responsibilities for this opportunity will include:

• Research and map commercial areas, office parks, shopping centers, industrial parks, medical facilities, property management companies, and other potential customers.
• Visit businesses in person to introduce our company and build relationships.
• Make outbound cold calls and follow-up calls.
• Schedule follow up meetings between business decision-makers for the contractor to meet with.
• Work with our plumbing technicians to gather photos, videos, and customer success stories.
• Create and schedule social media posts across multiple platforms.
• Help improve our online marketing and community presence.
• Assist with special marketing projects and local networking opportunities.

Qualifications

:

• Sales experience preferably in the service or construction services/products industries
• Strong customer service focus and able to communicate effectively with customers
• Comfortable making cold calls and visiting businesses.
• Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-starter who works well independently.
• Experience with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
