What You'll Do

• Sell Auto, Home, Renters, and other personal lines insurance products to new and existing customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Follow up on leads and maximize every sales opportunity
• Work closely with our team to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals What We're Looking For
• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License (required)
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Goal-oriented, competitive, and self-motivated
• Professional attitude with a commitment to outstanding customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment

Requirements

• Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty License required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to our West El Paso office near UTEP
• This is an on-site position; remote work is not available
