Purple Painting is the Santa Barbara area's fastest-growing painting contractor. We're looking for hungry, confident self-starters to hit residential neighborhoods and close painting jobs door-to-door. No cold calling. No desk. Just you, a neighborhood, and commission checks. You don't need to know how to paint. You need to know how to talk to people and close.

What You'll Do

Knock doors in Santa Barbara, Montecito, Goleta, and surrounding neighborhoods Qualify homeowners and generate painting estimates on the spot Close sales or book on-site estimate appointments Follow up with leads to maximize conversion Representle Painting brand with professionalism and energy What We're Looking For Strong communicator confident, personable, thick-skinned Self-motivated; works without hand-holding Reliable transportation required D2D or in-home sales experience preferred (pest control, solar, security, alarms, home services) Must be available evenings and weekends What You Earn Commission only your effort = your paycheck Top reps earn $1,000$3,500/week Performance bonuses available We will train the right person experience preferred, not required Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,500.00 per week
