Job Description

: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance or a related field and a strong commitment to meeting sales goals.

Responsibilities

:

• Assist clients with personal lines insurance products (auto, home, renters, etc.)
• Generate new business through leads, referrals, and outbound efforts
• Maintain and grow an existing book of business
• Provide excellent customer service and policy support
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and performance goals

Requirements

:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance or similar role
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment

Compensation

:

• $15.00 $18.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Plus commissions
• Monthly performance goals required Pay: $31,000.00 - $41,600.00 per year
