DIANI Living, an offshoot of DIANI and DIANI Shoes, is a multi brand home and lifestyle store in downtown Santa Barbara with a premiere multi brand e-commerce site, [please apply online] We are seeking super excited, self- motivated top talent who are design driven go-getters to join our creative team. The position of DIANI Living Home Decor Stylist/Sales Professional is sales centric with most time spent in the store helping clients and exploring their needs for home projects. Ideal candidates have a keen interest in interior design, higher end customer service, thrive in a fast-paced, inspiring environment and share our passion for home styling, design, entertaining and sharing all that we have to offer with our clients. You will be continually elevating the level of service, as well as developing unique approaches to building connections with our customers and the interior design community at large. Your ability to think outside of the box to build customer outreach and awareness will be highly valued. Our business is built on top-notch customer service, so a focus on that is priority number one. Every Sales Professional on our team is asked to understand and thrive on the big picture of the business, and work towards making personal and store goals. So, the ability to be both self-motivated and work as a team is hugely important.
