Responsibilities

of a Sales Manager:

• Establish relationships with new customers and agents
• Maintain and grow relationships with agents
• Identify and respond to agent needs
• Anticipate the needs of agents and address them accordingly
• Meet with customers and agents to determine their specific expectations, making suggestions as needed.
