Job description: Sales Associate Full-Time Pay: $18 $20/hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts with occasional weekends Why Join Us? What You'll Do
  • Tour homes and communities with prospective residents
  • Draft and process contracts, leases, and applications
  • Build strong customer relationships and close sales
  • Maintain a clean sales pipeline and meet goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries
  • Support sales team with reporting and admin tasks What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of sales/leasing experience
  • Strong communication & people skills
  • Tech-savvy, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Detail-oriented, results-driven, flexible for some weekends
