Sales Consultant Colonial Marble & Granite Ventnor City, NJ Full-Time | Commission-Based | Hybrid Colonial Marble & Granite is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our Ventnor, NJ showroom. This is a high-volume, commission-driven sales role focused on converting showroom traffic into closed sales. You'll be guiding customers through all aspects of their remodeling projectsfrom design inspiration to material selection and final sale.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Sell countertops, cabinetry, tile, and remodeling packages directly to walk-in & prospected customers
• 50% of work time would be spent out of the office sourcing new clients
• Work with clients to design functional, beautiful kitchen and bath spaces
• Educate customers on the benefits of natural stone, quartz, tile, and cabinet options
• Present comprehensive remodeling solutionsnot just products, but full projects
• Offer value-driven packages that align with budget and design goals
• Follow up with leads to ensure strong conversion and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

:

• 4+ years of experience in prospecting sales, home improvement sales, or interior remodeling (required)
• Must be comfortable selling all aspects of remodeling projects , not just materials
• Proven sales success with a consultative, customer-first approach
• Interior design experience is a plus
• Highly organized with excellent follow-up and communication skills
• Weekend and retail hour availability is required
• Motivated, coachable, and able to thrive in a commission-based environment
