Overview

: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager(BDM) to cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners in our industry. In this role, you will identify, onboard, and nurture strategic partnerships with professionals and organizations that can refer small and medium-sized businesses in need of funding solutions. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our client base and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Identify and prospect potential referral partners via social platforms including but not limited to: financial advisors, accountants, brokers, industry professionals, etc.
• Develop customized partnership strategies to onboard new partners effectively
• Act as the primary point of contact for referral partners, addressing inquiries and fostering strong relationships.
• Collaborate with referral partners to generate high-quality business loan leads.
• Follow up promptly on referred leads, ensuring a seamless transition to the sales team. Our Ideal Candidate has:
